What we check before loading
A short, documented handover protects both sides. We record the condition of the vehicle with photos and note the odometer reading, then both parties keep a copy.
- Exterior condition photos from all four sides, plus any existing scratches or dents.
- Odometer and fuel level noted on the handover sheet.
- Documents verified: registration book, owner’s CNIC and a transfer or authority letter if the owner is not the sender.
- Antenna, mirrors and loose accessories removed or secured.
- Personal belongings removed — carriers do not permit luggage inside transported vehicles.
Documents to keep ready
Vehicle transport goes smoothly when the paperwork is complete on the loading day. Have copies of the registration book, the owner’s CNIC, the receiver’s CNIC and a written authority letter if somebody other than the registered owner is handing the vehicle over. Insurance papers should travel with the vehicle.
Bikes and commercial vehicles
Motorcycles and scooters travel on a loader pickup with ramps and straps, with the handlebar, mirrors and fuel tank protected. Vans, pickups and Hiace-type vehicles are moved on flatbed or driven by a company driver, depending on condition and route.
